Registration on our site is necessary to be able to process the order you want to place. In fact, the order requires information such as the address, phone and e-mail to be able to deliver the order. Also, with your registration on you have faster completion of the order without having to declare the same information every time, you have access to the history of your orders, you can create your own wish list and have as many delivery addresses you want.

To become a member click on “My Account”. In the form that appears, fill in the information needed to create your account on the site. Now you too can buy from!

The password recovery process is easy. In the login form and below the password field, click on the “Forgot password” link. On the page that appears, enter your e-mail and you will receive an e-mail with instructions to create a new password.

At you can order online at any time by clicking on the “Buy” option next to each product. You can also order by phone by contacting us on the phones



daily from 9:00 to 17:00.

From the moment you place your order, you will be informed via e-mail about its progress. In fact, you are informed in the following phases of your order: a) When you place a new order, you receive a confirmation e-mail that the order was successfully registered b) When your order is processed and the collection of its products begins, you receive a new e-mail with the estimated delivery time c) when your order is delivered to the carrier, you receive an e-mail for the exact delivery time. You can also see the progress of the order at any time through your account.

You can make any changes you want to your order until it is delivered to the carrier. You can add or remove a product or even replace a product you have ordered. In more detail, for orders to be delivered:

in 1-2 working days changes are made up to 13.00 on the day of delivery,
in 4-6 business days changes are made within 48 hours, from the date the order was created.

However, we would like to remind you that for the best service, up to 3 changes are allowed per order.

In any case the change can be made either by contacting us by phone or by e-mail at When you want to add or replace a product, the shipping time of the order changes as the process starts again for the product you just added. You can see details about shipping methods here.

At you can pay in any of the following ways: a) Cash on delivery, i.e. payment in cash upon delivery of your order, b) Via debit or credit card delivers to any place you choose through partner courier companies.

On our site, just below the price of each product, the delivery days are indicated. Actually:

In-stock items take 1-2 business days to be delivered.
Products not immediately available take 4-6 working days.
Products marked ‘to order’ take up to 15 working days to be delivered.
For new products that are expected and will be available soon through, there is the possibility of pre-ordering. In this case you are put on a priority list to be one of the first to receive the product when it arrives.

Shipping charges are FREE for all of Greece. For orders outside Greece, the shipping fee is 15 euros.
